Add shortcut to Home Screen vs. Install App

Description of the issue:

The problem is described here: "Add Shortcut to Home Screen" vs "Install App" but it is not solved.

Why in some web pages you can only “Install App” and not “Add Shortcut to Home Screen”?

Is there a way just to add shortcut to Home Screen in all cases and avoid installing an app?

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Sometimes, websites ask you to install an app. Sometimes, websites ask you to add a shortcut to home screen. It seems that this is due to PWA but can you avoid PWA and always force Brave to add a shortcut to home screen?

Expected result:

Not to install app but add a shortcut to home screen or, at least, having the option to choose.
