Able to View Ads but No BAT Rewards

Description of the issue: Ads are showing when I open a new tab. I view the ad but I still get no BAT Rewards

I open a new tab and an ad would be randomly shown -

I view the ad then when I check, there are no Rewards -

I try this multiple times by opening new tabs (same ad being shown), I view it multiple times but I am still not getting BAT rewards.

Expected result: To get BAT rewards when viewing Ads.

Reproduces how often:

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Version 1.5.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: I exited the browser completely and re-launched it and the issue still occurs. My Brave Rewards and Ads settings are turned-on. I also rebooted my laptop.

By the way, the ads are shown if I open new tabs but I do not get notifications even if my Focus Assist is turned Off and I also tried “Priority Only” for Focus Assist and the Brave app is included in the Priority List.

Update:

I found out that I do not have the PushNotifications folder

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PushNotifications
and “NoToastApplicationNotification” registry

How can I add this manually?
