Sponsored Images appearing, but no BAT is given

My Brave recently updated to the latest version, and now I do not receive BAT from sponsored images. My BAT estimate on the new tab and under Brave Rewards is unchanged, and the ads do not show under the 7-day history.

I am on version 1.24.82 on Windows 10. My country is on the transparency list and the sponsored images I am seeing are valid for my country.

Ads from notifications work fine though. No problems there.

Could anybody help me? :frowning:

Same problem here since around 2-3 weeks :confused:

I’ve also tried the troubleshooting tips for the following:

  • Windows notifications, and they work just fine.
  • Turning ads on and off, restarting, etc
  • Updating Windows
  • Reinstalling/Updating Brave

All to no avail :frowning:
This is for both my laptop and desktop, both of which don’t work
I read somewhere that my account could be flagged, which affects my ad rewards.

Could a member of Support help?
