Many of you have reported over the past several days that your referral statistics have not been updating as expected. The issue has been identified and was caused by scaling issues. It is currently being addressed by the team. There is no data loss and the team is working to get the numbers updated immediately.
To reiterate, there has been NO DATA LOSS, and stats will be re-computed once the fix goes in.

I hope so, from all the users who downloaded brave in february none of them showed 30 day use. That’s just pretty impossible

I hope you will fix it support team. Im waiting so long for this, many of my referral on my stat not appear on my dahboard especially 30 days user on my stat but no confirm on dashboard.

In referral graph for February 2020 there is no information about 89 browsers installed on Windows 7 08 February 2020.
Also, installed browsers do not display time correctly. Advertising shows.
Please, help.
30 Tage sind zu lang!!!
Viele meiner Mühen für das anwerben neuer Partner gehen hier bei Brave leider verloren, weil Brave hier einfach nicht berücksichtigt;
das 30 Taege durchgehende Nutzung Brave Browsers für die meisten neuen Partner als Mitglied zweifelsfrei viel zu lang ist, da ganz klar die meisten neuen Partner und viele andere neuen Teilnehmer hier sicherlich- nicht wie richtige Networker - direkt 30 Tage durch angebunden werden wollen, weil zudem viele auch die Arbeiten gehen müssen, Familien haben oder auch gesundheitlich angeschlagen sind und hier nicht wie Networker eben, das Internet und den Brave Browser 30 Tage durchgehend nutzen können oder wollen. Ich wäre dankbar wenn hier Brave meine Vorleistungen und Mühen auch die - 30 Tage Gesetz - auszahlen würde, da ca. 500 - 600 meiner Partner trotzdem nun Brave Kunden sind und Brave Browser am Pc, Handy etc. nutzen und diese Leistung würde ich gerne trotzdem bezahlt bekommen! Danke

You helped me, your fix only helped me for 1 day, now my statistics aren’t updated again, and I don’t get referrals, what should I do? Does it make sense to attract more referrals? Or wait for your fix and only then start attracting referrals ,
I have invites that download and install brave browser but not added on my dashboard. Whats wrong can you please fix it. Im working hard to advertise😑
Hi there - I’ve never had any stats show up in my creator dashboard since I installed Brave last year. I have, however, received random amounts from Brave from time to time, which I have taken to be connected in some way.
@steeven What about smaller number of installs after 13 february? I written about it here Repeated failures in the office of the referral system. Incorrect display of downloads. (Error 503 ?)

in my opinion nothing has changed and all the same problems with statistics
is that windows 98? that looks super old!
