Briefly describe your issue: I have not received any ads for the past several weeks. The Ads received this month says zero. I already have reinstalled completely my Brave browser but to no avail.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)? macOS Big Sur 11.6.5, Brave browser is Version 1.37.116

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) Uphold, unverified. It was verified before. I don’t know what happened. I encountered the same error on my Android device but after reinstalling Uphold and reconnecting Brave, it got fixed.

What date did you verify your wallet? I don’t remember.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) Yes

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? N/A

Never mind. I just reset my browser to default and it fixed the problem. I am now able to see ads and receive BAT.
