Account flagged and not receiving ads

Briefly describe your issue: I have not received any ads since December. The Ads received this month says zero. and I cant verify my uphold account because it says my brave account is flagged

What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( Menu --> About Brave )? Win 10
Version 1.37.116 Chromium: 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) Uphold, unverified When I try and verify it says my brave account is flagged

What date did you verify your wallet? i cant verify it

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? N/A

I have the same issue? anyone know how to fix this?

Same issue here also use Uphold.

If you have an Uphold verified account , have you tried to unlink and link Brave? In your Uphold Dashboard, click on “Integrations” at the left bar , remove brave and add it again.

If your Uphold account is unverified or on hold, then you should communicate with Uphold to see what’s happening.

I have received neither ads nor BAT in a long time, and I recently received the same error notice. Here’s the link that popped up along with the notice: https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/4494596374925.

I guess it’s just a case of playing the waiting game now!

If your profile has been continuously flagged (your were never automatically unflagged), submit a request using the form here: Submit a request

If you are in a flagged/unflagged cycle, try to troubleshoot and see if you can determine what is causing your account to get flagged. For example, users have posted issues with some VPN providers, especially if you are changing countries frequently. You may want to try turning off your VPN to see if that resolves the issue. If you cannot determine the cause of the flagged/unflagged cycle, then go ahead and submit a request.
