Youtube videos play for about 2mins before buffering then playing again with no sound

So when I play youtube videos on my Brave desktop on Mac, fully updated and have tried with shields on and off, the video plays fine and videos buffers but about 2 mins into the video it’ll pause and look to be buffering (even though it’s fully buffered) then continue to play without sound or volume. I then have to refresh the page and it’ll work again but again only for 2 mins. Again this happens with both shield on or off.

How can this issue be reproduced?
