Video sound failure

When I want to watch videos (on Youtube but also on Amazon or elsewhere) after a variable amount of time, the sound cuts off.

To get sound back, I have to open Brave’s task manager and kill audio service utility.

If I play the failing video (form URL) on IINA on the same machine it doesn’t fail.

Sometimes I can play an entire video without any problem and sometimes, a little later, exactly the same video will crash the sound every 20 seconds, no matter what I do.

When I restore an old Brave version from my Time Machine I don’t have this problem (but as it updates quickly, I can’t test a long time).

OS: Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

Brave version 1.13.82 Chromium: 85.0.4183.83 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

This video, for example, is impossible to watch entirely with the sound:

The sound crashes during the first half each time I tried to read it.

I tried to make a new account on my MacBook and it solves the problem. So it seems the bug is related to OS X and not to Brave (probably because I have some very old preferences (from 10.2) raising unknown incompability with recent Mojave updates).

So I close this issue.

i have the same issue but i have sound and it works fine but there isnt any video at all for me
