YouTube video playback start time bug

I’m using Brave browser on Windows 11.
However, when playing a YouTube video, the video starts at a specific time zone (Starts at 0:12 with high probability and plays at random time on refresh), even though it is the first video played.
I thought it was a problem with an extension or cookie, but the same problem occurs when I delete both the extension and cookie and even uninstall and reinstall Brave browser itself.
However, in the mobile version (both android and ios), it starts at 0:00 without any problems.
Is it a problem that only happens to me?

I’m not sure if it’s temporary, but I think I’ve solved it, but I’ll leave it for the users who are having the same problem as me,
If the Protection-> ‘Tracer & Ad Block’ item is set to ‘Disable’, the video will play normally at 0:00 seconds. (The notation may differ because I’m using Korean.)
However, it’s not a sure way because we stopped blocking advertisements, which could cause problems later on
I hope it will be resolved with a later update.
