Youtube video freezes at start

Description of the issue:
Sometimes when loading a video, it freezes at the beginning. So I cannot scroll or do anything on youtube. But Brave is not frozen.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a youtube video
  2. Scroll

Expected result:
It should play the video. You should be able to scroll thru the comment section.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.70.117 Chromium: 129.0.6668.59 (Official Build) (arm64)

Hi guys at Brave,

It looks like you’ve fixed the YouTube videos not playing. I woke up this morning and checked the Brave browser on my MacBook Air and now they’re all playing just fine! Thanks so much for finding the bug! You all are super! My favorite browser! No Ads! Keep life simple!
