Audio from other youtube starts playing from nowhere

Other YouTube videos start playing when one is playing from nowhere in the background. If I can’t fix this problem, I’ll switch to a different default browser.

  1. Whenever I play any youtube video the problem occurs.
    Suppose I have 3 tabs open and I’m currently watching a
    youtube video. from nowhere some random video starts
    playing. I only can hear the audio at that time but the video isn’t
    showing. And if I click any other tabs the video(Audio) stops
    playing. I checked many sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
    Netflix, Amazon, and DailyMotion. But the problem only occurs on
    youtube.

  2. This is quite impossible to take ss or GIF.

  3. It doesn’t have any fixed time. It happens so Randomly.

  4. OS-Windows 10, Brave Version-1.45.118

  5. I have some extensions installed in my browser. Like- Avira
    Browser Safety, Dark mode/night reader, Google Translate,
    Grammar and Spelling checker by Ginger, Grammarly, Colab,
    and Sound booster. And I’m pretty much sure all these
    extensions aren’t creating this issue as I already used all of these
    in google chrome Browser at the same time.

So, what could be the cause of this?

Could you please try disabling the Sound booster extension to see if the issue solves?

  1. On your computer, open Brave.
  2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

Let me know if that works.
