Youtube video in the background appear black

**Description of the issue: While watching youtube videos, if you have an app/program maximized/fullscreen/windowed fullscreen, Youtube videos in the background will appear black. Sound still plays but no video.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1.Open a Youtube video 2. Maximize another window 3. The youtube video should now appear fully black, no image being visible unless you go back on brave.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit Brave Version 1.17.75 Chromium: 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (64-bit)

If someone could help with this problem Iā€™d be quite grateful. As someone who likes to use OnTopReplica to watch youtube videos in the background while doing something else this is rather irking.
