Description of the issue:
Yesterday i installed the brave browser. This morning I booted up my computer and the browser is behaving strange. It’s loading with a solid black window, then after a few seconds, it starts playing the youtube video I was watching when I closed the browser yesterday. I can interact with the buttons that control the video (although I can’t see them) but going full screen and exiting doesn’t change anything. Each time I close the browser and re-open I get the same behavior.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 pro 1909 - Brave was a fresh install yesterday(May 6 2020) so whatever that version might be (sorry, can’t see the main menu so can’t access the ‘About Brave’ option)
Additional Information:
I have tried closing and reopening many ways, even using task manager to end the process. No joy.
