Video glitch on youtube

Description of the issue:
When i’m playing youtube videos on Brave i get some black glitch
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
play a youtube video that have text on black screen
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

Reproduces how often:
everytime
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 on brave 1.13.82

Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

i have the latest driver, the chrome extension does not help i have no issue on chrome
