Youtube player just stops working mid video

Description of the issue:
youtube player on desktop gets stuck while playing videos and decides not to load any more of the video

How can this issue be reproduced?
playing any videos (i tried it on 2 devices and got the same results but it was fine on my phone, not sure if it was lucky or it just doesnt happen on android)

Expected result:
youtube video player preventing the video loading process unless you reload the page and skip the stuck part

i think the issue is some code in the adblock because turning it off solves the issue

it seems like only 17 to 19 seconds of the videos load (up to 25secs in longer videos) but then again if you hover your mouse over the timeline before the video gets stuck it continues to load more of the video. if stuck reload then skip past the part fixes the playback until the next reload.
for more info on the problem and troubleshooting email would help because ill probably forget opening this page again and i assume you guys can see my email because youre the staff

Same problem. So I signed out of my gmail account, then signed in again under a different account, the problem went away.
I did the same thing with Firefox browser - same exact problem.
YouTube is restricting access to some accounts, not others, probably something to do with ad blocker, still trying to figure it out.

The problem seems to have sorted itself out - for now, no idea why.
