On Brave, but not on Chrome, any live stream fails to a black video screen after about 33 seconds. Something went wrong, it says, so refresh. Then you get another 33 seconds. Chat isn’t affected.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- Go a live stream. A reliable example is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xh48dJYojmE but at the moment I was trying to watch the live stream of the protesters outside the South Korean parliament.
- Wait for 33 seconds.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
Black video with ‘Something went wrong. Refresh or try again later. Learn more.’
Expected result:
Video should just play forever or until stream ends.
Reproduces how often:
Every single time. Zero exceptions.
