A few days ago YouTube started having issues with Brave Browser even when it is turned off. Video plays, but you can’t do many other things. Notification don’t load. You up or down vote, but it disappears when you reload the page (ghost voting). YouTube menu will not load. Share will not load. Clicking on your name to switch accounts will not load anything. It all works in Edge browser.
try clearing cookies
