Description of the issue: When I enable ad-blocking from within Brave it works as expected (no ads shown) but my watch history is not updating. This results in me constantly getting video suggestions on videos I have already watched.

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? yes
Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no): yes, I believe one of the block-lists are at fault.
Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? yes (with uBlock and same lists)
