I have set up a sync chain for my windows 10 laptop and my galaxy android phone. The only item I am syncing is my bookmarks but this is not occurring. How do I fix this?

**Description of the issue:**When I look for a bookmark on my computer that is on my phone it is not in my computer bookmarks.
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result: fix my issue
