Description of the issue: Cannon see computer bookmarks on mobile device

- Start sync with your phone
- In the bookmarks button you can only see mobile bookmarks, no computer
Reproduces how often: always, right now

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question: Windows 11 computer syncing with Android (2 devices)
