Browser colors do not match custom Windows 10 color schemes

Description of the issue:

Browser colors do not match custom Windows 10 color schemes when “Brave colors” is set to “Same as Windows”.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to settings - Appearance
  2. Set “Brave colors” to “Same as Windows”

Current result:
The color scheme is set to either Dark or Light theme, according to Windows color setting for “Default app mode”.

Expected result:
The browser color should match Windows 10 window color scheme.
