Hi, I wanted to know why my account does not appear as verified even though on my Uphold account, my status has been verified since 09/27/2021? (By the way, I’m from France)

They are having issues with this. Many websites which are actually verified show up as unverified. In my case, the brave website is unverified lol. It just depends from device to device as well I guess.
The team has addressed the issue and will hopefully fix it in the coming relelases…

I know but since 209/27/21, it’s too long. More than 1 year in my case, there is something else.

When you log in to creators.brave.com, do you see any error message in your Brave Creators account dashboard?
If not, can you look at your channel again and press the refresh button to see if it shows up as verified now? We rolled some fixes.
If not, can you share a channel with us so we can take a look? Thanks.

Hi. Sometime i have a message telling me that i was disconected from Uphold and i have to re-conect to it.
This time no error, but still not verified on my Twitter and youtube channel.

You disconnected your Uphold account and re-connected it to your Creators account? Did the error go away after that?

Also, can you log in to your Uphold account and check if there are any extra info surveys / requirements that need to be completed? That might be interfering and causing your account to get disconnected.

I did it evry time i connect to the site. The last time was when you asked me to do it and i did it 4 days ago.
Today when i connect to my Creators account, got the same message evry time

Don’t see what you mean by that. I have my crdit card, my bank account linked to uphold. Also i have alrady make a transfert from my bank account to my uphold accout.
Don’t know where to look and what to look.
