I am from Turkey. We use UTC +3.

For today “no ads at all”.

Then that is not necessarily a problem. If you look on brave.com/transparency, you’ll notice that there is only one active ad campaign running in Turkey at this time:
As stated in the FAQ, you may see very few (or possibly 0) ads today due to the fact that there simply aren’t any available for you at this time. Then, you may see several ads tomorrow. The system is not designed to “just show you as many ads as possible”. It is designed to serve ads that are relevant to you.
