Whatsapp Web not compatible with Brave

I can’t seem to open whatsapp web. (www.web.whatsapp.com)
It just says this.

Whatsapp web is not working with brave but works with chrome… Does anyone know how to fix this? I really need whatsapp in brave.

The issue was present with all the settings of shields.

The site does not function as expected when Shields are turned off too.

There is no specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break.

The site works as expected when using Chrome.

Brave version : 1.33.106 Chromium: 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

The web address that you have given gives a dns error.

Works well, i ve been using it for a while now, and no problems at all. please try to reset the settings if you have changed some
