YouTube, Google Meet, Whatsapp Web and Brave community shows that Brave is unsupported

It started yesterday, first youtube started saying that this browser (Brave) is not supported and today I see more website saying that. Now youtube is working fine but but other website shows the same problem, even brave community. I installed the Beta version to create a topic on the matter. I am not sure if it is happening to others as well or if it’s just me.

Exact URL of the website in question: https://www.youtube.com https://web.whatsapp.com https://meet.google.com https://
community.brave.com https://www.vedantcomputers.com/

Brave version (check About Brave):
Version 1.31.88 Chromium: 95.0.4638.69 (Official Build) (64-bit)

It must be on your end. Is your Brave up to date?

I understand that this only happening to me as I checked all the above websites with Brave Beta and they work properly. As you can see the Brave version says I’m running the latest version, so there must not be any problem but it persists, also I checked if they have any pre-release version of Brave Release in the Github and there is none for the PC. I am not sure what to do coz I don’t want to lose my BAT earnings.

Man I got it to work, by reset settings, this changed settings to default , all things are ok only shortcuts and cookies are deleted and site settings are now changed to default. Thanks for your help tho.

Wierd bahavior none the less. But glad you could fix it.

Yeah, one of the extensions was creating this prob, in Veepn (vpn extension) there is a privacy mask option, it was set to random instead of default so the sites couldn’t identify the browser even when the vpn was off.
