Weird youtube glitching

Description of the issue:
The youtube video glitches out weirdly, when in fullscreen
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. go to settings and put hardware accerelation on
  2. go to youtube
  3. play a video on fullscreen
    Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
    The video glitches out…
    Expected result:
    VIdeo should have played normally like on chrome.
    Reproduces how often:
    every time
    Brave Version(about:brave):
    Version 0.60.23 Chromium: 72.0.3626.96 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
    Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
    yes, i tried it also with my release version, same problem.
    Additional Information:
    no overclock on my cpu or my gpu.

Is there any reason you need to have it enabled while browsing?
