There are display issues with many websites I use regularly. It started happening recently, within the last week or so. Things like larger/smaller text, improper fonts, images not displaying, elements missing.
Not sure how to reproduce it.
Here’s a screenshot of Safari:
And here’s a screenshot of Brave. As you can see, no selection boxes on gmail with weird font as well, and slightly larger.
Youtube header logo missing.
Brave Version: Version 1.78.102
Things I’ve tried: Uninstall and reinstall Brave, clear cache.

Hello - Does toggling Shields change your experience?
If you clear cookies/history do you see an improvement?

Toggling shields doesn’t do any unfortunately. As for clearing cookies/history, that didn’t help either.

@aduseia can you please try creating a fresh browser profile (in Brave, Menu --> More tools --> Add profile), then close your original profile window and try viewing these sites in the new profile and tell me if they display the same way?
OK it did work! The same websites are displaying properly now.
Any idea what could have caused that issue?
If you cleared cache/site data for those sites already and it did not resolve the issue, it may be a specific browser extension you have installed. Can you try disabling any installed extensions in your main profile and see if that resolves the issue?
Thanks a lot, I found out which extension it was (after trying each, one by one). I’ll remove it and contact the developer to see if they can look into this.
