Buttons, text, etc not displaying correctly on certain websites

Description of the issue:
When navigating to certain websites the pages buttons, text, etc are not rendering properly. The text or buttons flicker, disappear when mouse hovers over them. This started occurring a few days ago.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Visit github.com, outlook.com
  2. Navigate around and experience issue
  3. I have a recording but cannot upload for being a new user.

Expected result:
All html, css, javascript, etc should display correctly.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Brave 1.79.123 (Official Build) (arm64)
Chromium: 137.0.7151.104

Does the issue exist when using other Internet browsers?

Might some firewall or other function be blocking an Internet source for the problematic buttons, icons?
