We are having trouble communicating with Uphold. Try reconnecting. Error

Hi there, I seen a lot of post with this issue but no relevant results how to fix it.
My Brave Creators account is stucked with possitive balance but with message: We are having trouble communicating with Uphold. Try reconnecting.

I contacted Uphold with reply of:

I am clearly missing fund in my uphold account that are shown in my Brave Creators Ballance

Hi everyone,

well Steeven has helped me alot.
I can not tell you the root cause of problem, but my problem got fixed by:

  1. press disconect button
  2. refresh page
  3. press connecting your wallet to Uphold
  4. login to uphold account
  5. check in your uphold account if it is conneced to Brave Creators.
  6. go to Brave creators page and find your source of funds
  7. At bottom there is link on Uphold. DO NOT CLICK IT!!!
  8. copy URL from Uphold link to notepad
  9. it sould be something like uphold.com/dashboard/cards/WALLET ID
  10. copy wallet ID
  11. paste walled ID to link https://wallet.uphold.com/dashboard/activity?account=WALLET ID
  12. go to page Uphold wallet page
  13. check if funds from Brave creators are in sync with uphold, if not contact Admin for support

Thats what helped me.

in my case i disconnect my Uphold account and reconnect it then i refresh the page then i see its connected to my uphold Account

I dont know why but when i open again my brave reward creators I see its “reconnecting again?” and i follow your instruction and i see that may brave rewards creators is not connected to my uphold. When i do #11-#13 it says “Something Went wrong. Please Try Again”
Anyone who can help me of this Problem
please help me :sleepy:

I also have this trouble. If today 10/02 I have to disconnect Uphold wallet and I re-connect again, but the money in balance of September will pay to uphold wallet on 14th October or the next month ?

It will be postponed to the next month, The disconnect button clearly states that.

I cant solve the problem, pleas help, i follow the instruction but nothing.

@frankRSC the turorial helped multiple people howcome yours is not running? What do you see or what is writen in your Brace Creators account?

I did the same as you and it was solved … but the next day the error appeared again :cry:
