I cancelled the vpn free trial before it was over and still being charged
@Sjoe9182 where did you buy and how did you cancel? If you went through account.brave.com then you may want to double check to see if it shows you active. If so, cancel. If shows nothing, try support ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003078831
If you signed up on Android or iPhone, then the subscription is handled through their app store. If you go to Brave Account, can’t cancel and that would be your problem. All cancellations or refunds this way would need to be done via the app store.
