How can I disable the volume popup?

There is not “#hardware-media-key-handling” in brave://flags/

Posted a workaround first, then recent related posts surrounding this issue that used the same workaround.

Media Keys - media key option disappeared/gone/not showing up

Editing this post to make it very clear what the solution is: Go to brave://flags and find “Temporarily unexpire M100 flags”, and enable it. Restart the browser, go back to brave://flags and the Hardware Media Key flag should be there. This worked for me.

Hardware Media Keys flags disappeared [possible solution]

Description of the issue: The flag for enabling/disabling the media keys from being used from Brave disappeared from brave://flags. I have found a reddit post which explains a workaround for this problem, which is enabling another flag that make other ones avaiable. How can this issue be reproduced?
