Description of the issue:
So my videos on youtube get these weird green flashes and I’m not sure why. And a lot of time autoplayed gifs from outside websites linked in will kinda break a webpage for a bit.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
I just go on a video and it’ll start having weird green flashes, or on reddit when I open a gif but not go to the post itself it’ll just freeze and never play with autoplay on. And certain nondescript websites videos just will not play no matter what

The youtube flashes don’t happen too often. The gif one happens everytime and the nondescript website one does all the time.

I’m on the new brave browser, I had no issue with the old one.
