Video Flickering and Letters Glitched

Description of the issue:
Youtube video flickering and letters glitching.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.

  1. Enable Hardware Acceleration.
  2. Play youtube video.
  3. Browser Google Search or any web pages.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:

  1. Videos not flickering.
  2. Letters not glitched.

Reproduces how often:

  1. Everytime hardware acceleration is on.

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):

  1. Windows 11 cumulative update KB5034123 and update KB4023057.
  2. Latest Brave Update v1.61.120

Additional Information:

  1. Updated RTX 4060ti to latest GPU driver, still facing the same issue. (I was not updated before when I faced the issue)
  2. I tried using Edge and using Youtube, it didn’t face the same issue, no video flickering and sharp letters.
