Description of the issue:
Vertical tabs used to appear on mouseover when in full screen tile mode. After the most recent update, my tabs completely disappeared even with mouseover for both tiles on the left and right side of my screen.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Expand to full screen tile mode with two windows on left and right side of screen
- Hover mouse to left side of window
- Nothing happens
Expected result:
Tab icons should be visible and, when moused over, expand to show title

Additional Information:
If I switch back to horizontal tabs, they all appear just fine in tile mode, albeit in a more cluttered together view than in my preferred horizontal tabs.
