Vertical tabs disappeared in full screen with latest update

Description of the issue:

When enabled, vertical tabs disappeared in full screen since latest update.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Update MacOS and Brave Browser to latest versions
  2. Enable vertical tabs and open several tabs
  3. Enter full screen

Expected result:

Ability to see tabs in fullscreen with vertical tabs enabled.

Brave Version:

Version 1.58.127 Chromium: 117.0.5938.88 (Official Build) (arm64)

Additional Information:

Desktop app runnning latest MacOS version (13.5.2)

While this is inconvenient, several other reported bugs seem to have been fixed, which is very nice !
