Is there any reason/advantage to use uBlock with Brave? Does uBlock add anything, or does it the Shield already do the exact same thing?
Or is it better to disable Brave’s adblock and use uBlock instead?
For example I noticed with Brave’s it doesn’t block the sponsored reddit posts.
Switching to Shields/Aggressive mode globally in brave://settings/shields will help with reddit. We use the same adblock lists as uBO. @Joeis98
Yes, but only if you use µBO in advanced user mode - medium or especially hard mode. Otherwise it’s redundant with Brave Shields.
