Upload doesn't work

Hello,

I’ve noticed that Brave shields seems to block any upload connections.
I’ve been trying to send elements to my cloud drive without success. So I decided to do a Speedtest, and while the Download connection is perfectly working, I get an error during the Upload test.

I turned off the Shields, and everything seems to work now.
