brave.com is not working on Ptcl connection on desktop.
is brave.com necessary for shield to work? browser is not blocking any ads and shows 0 when clicked on icon.

I tried using VPN and brave.com started working on all browsers, However still brave shield is not working, so issue is somewhere else.
I tried on another computer and same shield didn’t work.
I tried a different internet provider, same issue shield didn’t work.
Please solve it
I connected my PC with mobile data and it started working
