First off, apologies if I’m not in the right section, please let me know if I should post this elsewhere.
I am able to install Brave on MacOS easily using an MDM (Mosyle in this case), but our MacOS users are not local admins, and thus cannot update the software themselves. What is the best way to ensure users are on the latest version or at least get rid of the nag? Mosyle support suggested the possibility of scripting something to automatically check for new versions, but that sounds a little involved. I was wondering if there was anything like a long term release version or a way to disable automatic updates through the MDM just to stop the update nag. Thanks in advance!
