Updated on MacOS - nothing works

Updated via button on browser bar and can’t open anything:
Extensions; Profile; Bookmarks; Preferences; Bookmark manager… Forget about opening any webpage.

This update just created a browser disaster that I have never encountered since the Internet was created! Basically Brave and the update failed. The only I can see is bookmarks bar links and recent tabs closed. Is there a fix for this, can I revert back?

Figured it out 20 minutes later:
After Force Quitting the browser multiple times it finally worked with a message on the browser bar, “To get future Brave updates, you’ll need macOS 10.15 or later. This computer is using macOS 10.13”…

Advice, maybe you guys should have given me this warning before I clicked the big “Update” button.

I have a MacBook Pro (Mid 2014, 15 inch, Retina) running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6? Does anyone know if this can be updated to 10.15, I don’t believe it can?
