Hello, I accidentally force quit Brave earlier today and since then every time I open any streaming platform such as Netflix I’m unable to play any videos. Additionally in the settings, I’m unable to see the update status and continuously keep getting errors. Please help me with this as I’m very confused and concerned thank you!
Follow the steps, as best you can:
As a way to be prepared, prior to performing a fresh install of Brave Browser for Mac OS. You might lose any saved passwords. But, you may be able to save the Bookmarks files.
BTW, use the Brave Browser application’s “Bookmarks Manager”, to back up your Bookmarks (“Export bookmarks”). Good idea to copy the resulting “Bookmarks.html” file to an external, attached drive.
