Description of the issue:
I’m running Brave on several devices, all Android and Windows based, but my desktop is running Windows 11 Home, version 22H, Build 22621.228 with the Windows Features Experience Pack installed. All devices are synced to the Desktop. I keep the OS current and I’m running in 64-bit mode. Brave is at Version 1.58.235 Chromium 117.0.5938.140 and is also running in 64-bit mode.
Every time I “Update” Brave to a new version all my passwords and stored login data are cleared along with all my autofill data. This happens regard EVERY TIME I do a new update which is very annoying. I using only 1, the initial default Profile which I renamed.
How can this issue be reproduced?
This happens every time I “Update” without fail. Under my Privacy and security settings I DO NOT have the boxes checked to clear browsing data for these settings either.
Expected result:
I wanted my stored data to remain unchained after an update.
