Description of the issue:
- Select “Update” from top right corner of the Brave Browser
- Select “Relaunch” from the Relaunch Brave Modal
- Brave is updated and relaunched
- Select from navigation “Brave”
- Select “Preference”
- Select “Autofill”
- Select “Password Manager”
- All saved passwords are wiped out
- 100% reproducible every time an update is initiated

It’s been noted that it has more to do with Chromium updates than with Brave.
