As a creator, I now feel like I’ve lost my job, I live in India, and here Uphold and Gemini is both not supported and there is no third option.

To help confirm: Your balance in your Creators dashboard will not be paid out until your country is supported.
I feel you. 
This is extremely disappointing. It’s been so long since Uphold and Gemini paused their support in India. There was the only way left was for creators to get paid is now also gone. Neither I can see any alternative/3rd option nor does Uphold/Gemini seems to come back soon.

Indeed. If not for their users, brave needs to do something for their own asses.
Why Brave doesn’t add more exchanges that supports more countries all across the globe such as Binance, LBank, LAToken, Coinbase, FTX, Crypto.com, etc so that everyone/user will be able to get their assets safely into their custodial wallets, dashboards aren’t safe at all, when you reinstall your browser you lose all your assets and when you upgrade and exchange your device you also lose all your assets too which is really unfair to say the least!!!
They are. There’s another exchange partner coming, though they are holding off to do the big announcement and reveal. Also don’t know how long until it arrives. That said, I asked this question before and the answer was:
The process in having a business relationship with exchanges is more difficult than Users may realize. There are a lot of fees and other arrangements that need to be set up to happen.
That said, we are in talks with multiple and hoping to reach new deals to expand offerings. In fact, we can’t give details, but we have a major deal we’re hoping to reach soon that would make Users very happy. We are also always reaching out and trying to do business with other companies, but it takes time.
If you want Brave to do business with another exchange, then you and many others need to contact the exchange and encourage them to do business with Brave.
so when will the india and the other unsupported county will get the support back
