I am a huge fan of brave since march when I first discovered it, I talked about it to all my friends and family. But the problem is that i am absolutely unable to earn bat.
At first it was working perfectly, I received around 3 bat in april but on the next month the payement got delayed. I was like “no problem I understand delays happens”, I was still seing ads and the virtuel “future bat to be paid” balance was increasing.
The troubles started once I saw that I never actually got the bat, each month payement was getting delayed to the next one, until one day they just disappeared ! I had lost both my virtual and hard earned bat, on my account it was just 0.00 everywhere.
I contacted the support who kindly repaid me my bats and said that my account was sort of labeled as “irregular activities” by their bot. I do not try to abuse brave in any way, I use brave on both my phone and computer (2 devices), sometimes I use a vpn but not that often. So I don’t really understand…
The problem now is that for the last 3 months I am unable to see ads notification (i am still able to see the wallpaper adds but earn nothing from them). On my phone tough everything is working perfectly so I really do not understand.
I have tried to email the support and make a post on the brave community but got absolutely no answers for almost 2 months.
Does anyone have an idea of what should I do ? I am kind of losing hope.
