I am unable to claim my BAT on android. It currently states that I have 0.500 BAT in my wallet and 26.7 BAT still pending which continues pending throughout each month and is never received. When I open a new tab, click on the Brave Rewards icon and click claim, it just displays ‘oops, something is wrong. Please try again later.’ I was wondering if there was a fix to this.
My brave version is 1.21.77 on OS android 11.
I tried reinstalling the Brave app and lost all of my BAT that I have collected over the course of more than a year. This is BAT that stayed in pending for several months.
is your device rooted or are you using a custom Android rom?
My device is not rooted, so I have not installed a custom ROM. My build is RP1A.200720.012.G975USQS4FUA1
If you use magisk root, it will easily fix the issue of safety net failing. Using magisk root pretty much fixed it everytime.
