Displaying "Claim" but did not receive BAT

I have a May 2021 claim of 0.5 BAT and June 2021 claim of 0.75 BAT. Both appears to be claimable/earned but after I do click it they just reappear and no BAT was added to my wallet. If I claim it through the brave rewards logo an error would just occur. I’ve already ignored that but if this goes too long I might change browser as it is a useless feature claiming to earn BAT from ads if nothing gets really earned.

this is the reason why you can claim your rewards, your device must pass the safetynet check in order to be able to use the rewards feature appropriately.

if you manage to solve the error is probably that you can claim your rewards afterwards.

To my best knowledge, my device is not rooted so I don’t know why SafetyNet indicated that.
