Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Typing a search term into the Omnibox
- Attempting to change the default search engine using Settings ----> Search Engine
- Attempting to change the default search engine using Settings ----> Manage search engines and site search —> clicking on three dots next to Brave search engine
Expected result:
A webpage from Brave Search shows with the typed term

1.75.181
Additional Information:
When I click “Change” under Normal Window in settings, nothing happens. When I try to change the default search engine in “Manage search engines and site search”, “Make default is greyed out.” The URL bar/Omnibox only shows a magnifying glass when attempting to search. When you hit enter after typing a search term, nothing happens.
