It might be because of the habit of having too many tabs open. I tried Firefox, Edge, and Opera GX and nothing happened to them.
To reproduce this problem, try to have many tabs open (not blank tabs) and try to fiddle with your OS’s audio settings. I mention the many tabs because it usually happens when there are many tabs open for my case. I gotta make sure this is the case.
