UI Bug: Closed tab separation line remnant

Description of the issue:
When i close multiple tabs in a certain way it will produce a white/grey line in the tab bar. When i hover over it, it produces the closed tabs tooltip.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open six tabs.
  2. Starting closing tabs at the THIRD tab.
  3. When you’ve closed all tabs including the third one (where you started), close the second tab.
  4. You’ll now see a white/grey tab separation line where it shouldn’t be.
  5. If you hover over the tiny line you’ll get one of the closed tabs tooltip.

If you follow the exact steps it reproduces 100% of the time.

Operating System and Brave Version:
OS: Windows 10 pro.
Brave Version: v0.70.121
